Programme Highlights

Brenda Katten, Chairperson of ESRA, a notable Anglo-Israeli leader who has served in many posts, including representing Israel at UN Conferences, Chair of Wizo, Chair of the British Zionist Federation plus many other important positions. She will share her perspective on current issues affecting Israel.
 

Alan Rosenthal, Jerusalem-based film-maker, will lecture and present a first and exclusively private screening of his latest film, "The First Fagin".  The film sheds light on 19th century London crime and the "career" of Ikey Solomon who was considered Dickens' inspiration for Fagin. This is an exclusively private showing in Israel only for Bogrei Habonim by one of our members.
 

Supper, Continous Coffee and Refreshments during the day, Book Fair, Schmooze time and more. 

For the Book Fair please bring English Language Books in GOOD CONDITION for exchange, anytime from 1:30 to the meeting hall. CD's also welcome.

BUS TRANSPORTATION: - We will be arranging shuttles/buses according to demand and if we have enough passengers to justify a route. Fares will be announced later.

Driving Directions:  Ramat Efal is located just west of Tel Hashomer (Sheba) Hospital.

From the North, the South or Jerusalem, proceed to the Aluf Sadeh junction on Route 4 (Kvish Geha). It is just west of Ramat Gan. Exit at Aluf Sadeh in the direction of Tel Hashomer (Sheba) hospital

From Aluf Sadeh, go East toward Tel Hashomer (Sheba) hospital.  After less than 500 metres, turn right into Ramat Efal.  After the small roundabout, you will see the campus of Yad Tabenkin on your left. Take the first street left to reach the entrance. Follow signs to parking.   

From Tel Aviv: Take Aluf Sadeh straight to Ramat Efal.
